RC1602E-FHW-ESX

RC1602E is a monochrome 16x2 character LCD display module. Module size is 122.0 x 44.0 mm. This series has built-in IC ST7066, supporting 6800 interface (default); other available options for interface are SPI and I2C (built-in IC will be RW1063 if SPI/I2C interface is chosen). LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16 or A & K. Default voltage is 5V; when using 3V, the supply for negative voltage has to be 3V also. If you require Chinese fonts, you may choose series of RG16032E. RG16032E offers multiple combinations of LED backlight, LCD types, different kinds of polarizer and fonts for you to choose from.
