RC1602A-BIW-ESX

RC1602A is a monochrome character LCD module with display format of 16 character x 2 lines. The dimension of the module is 84.0 x 44.0 mm. Default interface is 6800 with built-in IC ST7066; if you require interface such as SPI or I2C, they’re also available, but the IC will be replaced with RW1063. Default power supply of RC1602A LCD Display is 5V (3V is optional). Negative voltage is an available option for 3V module.

There’s a selection of LED backlight colors to choose from, including white/ green/ amber/ yellow-green/ blue/ red. This 16x2 LCD display module without backlight is also available.
